ACHC is an internationally recognized nonprofit accrediting organization that is uniquely committed to healthcare providers and governing bodies dedicated to patient quality of care. ACHC has CMS Deeming Authority for Home Health, Hospice, Renal Dialysis, DMEPOS, and Home Infusion Therapy, and a quality management system that is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about such matters is encouraged to contact the organization’s management. If the concerns in question cannot be resolved at this level, please contact the Accreditation Commission for Health Care field representative by telephone at (855) 937-2242

Holy Savior Hospice ensures compliance with regulations, such as local and state licensure, professional licensure, certification or registration, practice standards, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA), Medicare and Medicaid Regulations, HIPAA regulations, US Food and Drug Administration (FDA),if applicable, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), if applicable, and all other city, county and state regulations as applicable to the care and services provided.
